Constructed a powerful curriculum that advances entry-level managers to high-functioning, executive leadership teams. Curricula topics include managing personnel, delegating assignments, mastering accountability and ownership, leading change and innovation, etc.

Designed, developed, and deployed a global training academy to address new tax guidelines and regulations. The academy prepared global practioners to deliver quality work on engagements and build effective partnerships between tax, asset management, and advisory personnel

Applied rigorous educational design and application theories to a global curriculum conversion for a Fortune 100 telecommunications organization.  Partnered with cross-functional team in India to ensure key milestones were achieved. This was a high-profile initiative with aggressive deadlines and complex deployment strategy.

Created an indepth case study assignment for university deans to help improve their negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external community stakeholders. Facilitated an interactive and engaging multi-sensory workshop to increase learning transfer and application.

Developed a national store manager program to improve operations knowledge and increase store efficiency. The program used creative and innovate learning strategies to engage and empower managers to excel in their roles and make a positive impact on the bottom line.

Created a learning curriculum to quickly onboard new store managers and acclimate them to the daily operational activities required for long term success. SYSTEM CONVERSIONS

CORPORATE UNIVERSITY

Designed and developed a ten-module eLearning curriculum using an innovative and exciting adoption model to introduce and integrate Oracle into the organization. The model consists of four distinct phases: what people need to know (knowledge), what people need to do (skills), how people are accountable (architecture), and most importantly, how people embrace the Oracle transformation (condition of mind). 

Designed a new corporate university brand and infrastructure based on research and created an innovative learning strategy to increase usage of online resource tools and curriculum. Partnered with senior training leaders to assess and identify usage and transfer application percentages to better identify areas for improvement and growth.

NON-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

TEAMBUILDING

Managed the complete update of the English curriculum and Spanish translation, managed budget exceeding $300K, partnered with program directors on how to apply budget to enhance and improve financial education impact, and managed maintenance project cycle from inception to completion. Conducted national survey, collapsed feedback, updated curriculum and oversaw a complex curriculum deployment strategy to state coalitions nationwide.

Developed and facilitated a team building and communication workshop to help foster collaboration, strengthen relationships and increase team effectiveness. Encouraged members to embrace and apply new-found "personality profile" knowledge within the work environment to improve team performance.

Led an internal curriculum redesign effort on project management while customizing the content for the organization.  Thoughtfully extrapolated data and seamlessly intertwined fresh and newly created philosophies, processes and tools. Partnered with leaders from sales, marketing and training to develop a powerful and motivating twelve-month onboarding  "Sales Apprentice Accelerated Leadership" Program. The innovative and comprehensive curriculum includes interactive PDF guides linking to cutting-edge sales and leadership topics, videos and case studies, along with on-going HR and sales leadership support and evaluation tools.

Conducted a thorough needs analysis by interviewing leaders and subject matter experts and thoroughly researching content and process flows.
